1. First of all you are required to provide Date of Birth proof of both husband and wife.
2. Then you are required to provide address proof of both husband and wife.
3. Other required documents are Marriage Invitation Card along with 4-5 marriage ceremony photos. Marriage ceremony photo have to be provided only in soft copies as different marriage registrar accept different type and size of marriage photos. Marriage ceremony photo will be prepared by us.
4. 1-1 Passport size photograph of both.
5. Total two witnesses with pan card and address proof.
6. Our executive will collect the above documents from your home in Delhi or NCR and take signatures of both husband and wife on required documents.
7. Clients can submit documents at our office also between 9 AM to 6 PM.The working days are Monday to Saturday.
8. Clients can pay our fee in cash, if they wish to visit office.
9. Marriage Registration is a legal service. which is done by sub-Divisional Magistrate in whose Court advocates can represent their clients.
10. Marriage can be registered at any one of the three places i.e. where the marriage is solemnised, where the wife resides or where the husband resides.Our expertise help clients to select right division.
11. Then your file with all offline, online work and appointment slip issued by Delhi Government will be sent to you before the date of appointment.
12. On the day of appointment both husband, wife along with two witnesses will appear before the concerned marriage registrar with file and their ALL ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS and in almost all cases marriage certificate is approved on the same day. The whole process takes 1-2 working days from the day you hand over complete documents With fee to us.
13. Government Fee is directly payable at marriage registrar office on the day of appointment only through Debit/Credit card and the fee is Rs. 500/- for all the marriages solemnized before 1st May 2014.
14. For Marriages solemnized after April, 30th, 2014 government fee will be Rs 500/- if marriage ragistration is done within 60 days of its solemnization and Rs 1000/- if marriage registration is done between 61-120 days from the date of marriage and Rs 1500/- if it is done after 120 days of marriage.
